New Ross Golf Club is looking for an individual to help maintain the Golf Course under the
direction of the Head Greenkeeper. This is a full time position (39 hours per week).
Responsibilities will include:
• Mowing greens, tees, fairways and surrounds
• Moving tee markers and maintaining bunkers
• Changing the hole caps
• Repairing divots
• Mowing of banks and rough areas
• Other physical tasks
• Adhere to H & S responsibilities
• Weekend work would be required

• Available for early morning start
• Self motivated
• Good communicator
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Willingness to apply new skills
In addition, the candidate should have the following competencies:
• Ability to multi task (work on more that one project at a time)
• An understanding of the basic principlees of golf would be desirable.
• Spraying Certificates/Chainsaw Licence/Manual handling certificate desirable but not
essential.
