Deer Park Golf is delighted to invite applications to join our dedicated and professional greenkeeping team. Deer Park continues to invest heavily in course development and staff progression.


 Our clear ambition is to be recognised as one of the best-maintained parkland golf courses in Dublin - and we are well on our way to achieving that goal. We are currently recruiting two full-time, permanent Greenkeeper, with an immediate start available. The successful candidates will work closely with the Course Superintendent and wider greenkeeping team, contributing to all aspects of course maintenance. This role requires a well-rounded skill set and a strong team ethic. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment and are flexible regarding holidays and weekend work. Deer Park Golf is actively upgrading its machinery fleet.

St Fintan’s 9 hole is ideal for a quick 9-holes late in the evening or after work. 

And our 18-hole Pitch & Putt is a fun and challenging course for all the family to enjoy. It offers the most stunning opportunity to fine tune your short game or you can bring the family for some great fun and outdoor adventure.



Salary & Benefits

  • The successful candidate will earn a base salary at the higher end of the scale starting at €37,000 pa

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Full, valid driver’s licence
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
  • Willingness and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays when required (Weekend overtime typically involves one weekend morning every 2–3 weeks)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (applications from newly qualified or experienced candidates are welcome)
  • Qualifications in Sportsturf Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
  • Spraying qualifications (PA1, PA2, PA6) an advantage
  • Chainsaw / pole saw certification an advantage
  • Ability to follow direction and work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail.
