Foxrock Golf Club is a 9 hole parkland course situated in South Dublin.
We are currently seeking to employ a Greenkeeper. This is a full time, permanent
position, and the successful candidate will be part of a team of 5 working closely with
the course superintendent.
No formal qualifications are required, however, the successful candidate will need to
be hard working, enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail. All relevant training will be
provided.
The following Job Specification gives a detailed listing of the main responsibilities
that you will be performing. The successful candidate should be adaptable to other
assigned tasks from time to time as directed by management.
Job Specification
1. Maintaining golf course to a high standard daily.
2. Setting up the golf course each day for play.
3. Participate in the cleaning of equipment and tools.
4. Monitor the grounds for any repairs so that the course is accessible and safe.
5. Ability to arrive to work as rostered and on time; follow directions and maintain
good working relationships with co-workers and managers.

and which may be assigned to him/her from time to time and to contribute to the
development of the role during his/her employment.
Requirements:
1. A Valid Clean Driving Licence
2. Availability for weekend work (roster based)
3. Physical strength: Ability to lift and/or push heavy objects
4. Content to work outdoors twelve months of the year.
5. Works well in a team environment
Working hours are 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday with additional hours required
some weekends.
