An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join the Links Team at Brittas Bay Club, one of the most exciting golf course redevelopment projects in Ireland.


Currently undergoing a significant transformation, Brittas Bay Club is set to reopen in 2027 as a world-class links destination, blending heritage, modern design and an unrivalled coastal setting. This is a rare chance to be part of a journey from the ground up.

The Role
This position would ideally suit someone with 5+ years’ greenkeeping experience, currently operating in a supervisory capacity, who is eager to take the next step towards becoming a Course Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and supervision of the Links team
  • Maintain exceptional course standards
  • Support course development and maintenance strategies
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Deputise for the Course Manager when required


The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Relevant greenkeeping qualifications
  • Spraying certificates (preferred)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Leadership ability and flexibility
