Mark Hunt is Technical Director with Headland Amenity and has been involved with the turfgrass industry since 1989. His main areas of work are plant nutrition and disease management and he is actively involved in a number of key research projects in this area, specifically the control of Microdochium nivale.He publishes a weekly Weather Blog aimed at assessing the weather outlook and it’s likely effects on grass growth, plant nutrition, aeration, disease management, etc..

Away from work (rare) he likes to walk, run, mountain bike, motorcycle and indulge in his no.1 passions, fly tying and fly fishing.
