Delegates attending our ATPI Tradeshow & Conference 2022 event are entitled to a 40% discount per hour parking. To to avail of this discount, you must present their ticket to reception.

Hotel residents enjoy a special parking rate of €10 per car per night in the underground Car Park, subject to availability.

Height Restrictions are 1.9m for the hotel Car Park. If your vehicle is over this height we recommend the Open Car Parking facilities near the docks.

Key Speakers

Micah Woods, founder of the Asian Turfgrass Center, is a scientist, author, and speaker who consults and travels extensively as he conducts research and teaches seminars around the world. With experience both in the field as a greenkeeper as well as in the lab as a researcher, Micah brings a unique perspective to the world of turfgrass in his numerous books and articles. Micah holds a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Cornell University. Learn more about the broad scope of Micah’s work at www.asianturfgrass.com.

Henry Bechelet is Technical Sales Manager in the UK & Ireland for the turf and landscape business. Henry has been in the turf industry for over 25 years. He originally trained as an agricultural agronomist but then joined the turfgrass industry as a trainee agronomist in the early 90’s. Henry has spent roughly half his career engaged in independent consultancy and the other half on the commercial side of the industry. Over the years Henry has built a reputation as being an enthusiastic and entertaining presenter who has always been very progressive in his views.

Bayer, Technical Support Manager Colin began his amenity career as an assistant greenkeeper in the late 1980’s, gaining industry qualifications and progressing to the role of head greenkeeper. At the age of 30 he decided to leave his job to pursue further qualifications and became a mature student, achieving graduate and post graduate qualifications in the amenity and sports turf sector. Colin is currently the technical support manager for Bayer. With wide-ranging experience and qualifications, Colin has a role that’s largely focussed on advising industry professionals with general management, best practice advice and he’s the first port of call if there’s a weed, disease, or insect problem.

Eamon Kealy is a lecturer in Teagasc, Kildalton College, Co. Kilkenny. He has a Master’s Degree in Horticulture from University College Dublin and is currently part of the consortium developing a national apprenticeship in Sportsturf Management.
